François Delerue, Associate Fellow of The Hague Program for Cyber Norms, attended the 2022 Year Ahead Conference, organized by Carleton University (Ottawa, Canada). He participated remotely to a panel discussion on ‘Legal Authorities in the Grey Zone’ together with Leah West (Carleton University), Eliza Watt (researcher on cyber law and human rights) and Asaf Lubin (Indiana University Maurer School of Law).
